A content system your team can actually run

Three content pillars, a four-week plan, and twelve written blueprints a month — topic, hook, structure, visual direction and CTA. You do not need an agency to film for you. You need to stop deciding what to post every Monday.

What is included

Six deliverables, every month

01
1st 45-min strategy call

Kickoff and discovery — your product, your audience, what you have tried, and what "good" would look like in month three.

02
Content strategy

Three core content pillars, the target audience, the messaging, and the overall content direction everything else is built from.

03
1-month content plan

A complete four-week plan: 12 content pieces, three a week, sequenced rather than listed.

04
12 content blueprints

Twelve written documents — topic, hook, key talking points, timestamp-based structure, visual and demo direction, and the CTA.

05
2nd 45-min strategy call

Mid-month review and optimization, against what actually shipped and how it performed.

06
Dedicated KA support

A named 1-on-1 account contact plus a project group for questions and execution support between calls.

AI tool workshop

A practical session on the AI tools that fit how your team actually works — built around your workflow, not a generic demo reel.

Creator tools access

A curated list of 10 relevant tech creators, so the content system has a distribution side from day one.

Recommended engagement

Three months, because one buys a plan and no evidence

Month 1
Foundation & warm-up

Establish positioning, the content pillars and the initial publishing rhythm. The first month is where the system gets built, not where it performs.

Month 2
Consistency & content flow

Build a cadence your team can actually hold, and refine the direction against what execution taught us in month one.

Month 3
Optimization & growth

Identify the topics and formats that worked, and rebuild the strategy around them instead of around the original guess.

Before you commit a quarter

Do you produce the content?

No, and the page says so twice for a reason. We build the strategy, the plan and the twelve blueprints; your team films, edits, designs, publishes and answers the comments. If you have no production capacity at all, say so on the call — that is a different engagement, and pretending otherwise wastes a quarter.

What is actually in a content blueprint?

One written document per piece: the topic, the hook, the key talking points, a timestamp-based structure, the visual and demo direction, and the call to action. It is specific enough that a person who was not on the strategy call can shoot from it.

Why three months?

Because one month buys you a plan and no evidence. Month one establishes the pillars and the rhythm, month two builds a cadence and corrects the direction, month three optimizes around the formats that actually worked. Nothing stops you at one month — but the third month is where the strategy stops being a guess.

How does a second platform work?

The base package covers one platform — Instagram, say. Each additional platform is $1,000 a month on top, and gets its own plan and its own blueprints, because a format that works on one platform rarely survives being copied to another.

Start a month

Tell us which platform, and who has to shoot it.

The second question matters as much as the first. Twelve blueprints a month is a real production load for whoever holds the camera.
