This policy explains what information ActiVibe (“we”, “us”) collects through activibe.ai and how we use it. We keep it deliberately simple, because we collect very little.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect your company name, your name, your work email, a description of what you want to promote, and your budget range.
We do not collect anything else about you as you browse the site.
Cookies & analytics
We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction data — clicks, scrolling, and session replays of how pages are used. Both set cookies. We do not run advertising cookies or ad pixels, we do not build advertising profiles from this data, and we do not sell it. Fonts are served from our own site.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is stored and no analytics script runs until you choose on the banner. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same. Elsewhere analytics is on by default — email us to opt out and we will confirm it.
How we use your information
We use what you submit only to respond to your demo request, understand your needs, and discuss whether and how we can work together. We may follow up with you by email about your enquiry.
How your information is processed
Demo-form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and delivered to our company inbox on Google Workspace. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Site usage is processed by Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity). These providers process the data on our behalf so we can receive and reply to your message, and understand how the site is used.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, as needed to operate the site and reply to you, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and for reasonable business follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted — just email us and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above.
